motopark provides a crowdsourced map of motorcycle parking spots across malaysia. users can browse, search, filter, and view details about parking locations. registered users may submit new spots, leave reviews, and upload photos.

3. user conduct

you agree not to submit false or misleading information about parking spots. you agree not to post offensive, illegal, or harmful content. we reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

4. intellectual property

the motopark name, logo, and platform design are proprietary. user-submitted content remains the property of the user, but you grant motopark a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

5. disclaimer of warranties

motopark is provided as is. we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of parking spot information. users park at their own risk. we are not responsible for fines, towing, theft, or any damages incurred while using information from this service.

6. limitation of liability

motopark and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

7. changes to terms

we may update these terms at any time. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. we will notify registered users of material changes via email.
